Commercials Pt.5 (L'eggs)

So only one person voted and asked for commercials. So this weeks entire theme will be based on L'eggs commercials as I have a lot spanning from the 70's to possibly the early 90's. Next weeks theme will be TV shows. I guess I'm gonna keep the weekly theme but just make every week my choice since very few seem interested in voting.

Not the biggest fan of L'eggs pantyhose and like No Nonsense as well as cheap drug store brands I bet they all contributed to the down fall of women wearing pantyhose. You may not agree but I bet if women had access to nice, more comfortable brands like Wolford and CDR they'd still wear to this day. L'eggs is one those brands that just makes your legs look like sausages, their uncomfortable, and hard to get on.

That being said it didn't stop their aggressive campaigning throughout the 80's. As you will see with this weeks theme. All these commercials are standard definition and broadcasted on prime time TV from the 70's, more aggressively in the 80's but saw a steady decline in the early 90's. Nevertheless L'eggs sure does beat bare legs. Comment below your thoughts. Do you love L'eggs? Maybe it's your first exposure and they hold sentimental value. Or do you hate them but deem them better than nothing. If so do you have a favorite US brand of pantyhose?

So I made a mistake with the above details about these only being older SD commercials. I forgot that L'eggs rebranded themselves as L'eggs Sheer Tights in the 2010's. So here's that commercial.
